Originally from Davis, CA, Jaclyn received her BA from Scripps College in 2004 where she worked on the PILS system in Dr. Katie Purvis-Roberts' lab.  After spending two years in Boulder, CO she joined the Stevenson group in 2006.  Jaclyn works with carbon nanotubes and is working on tuning and understanding their fundamental properties for use in energy storage/conversion devices.  When she’s not in the lab, she enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her husband and cats.
